Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 36 hours. If 36 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. The item can however be returned to our office within 3 days after a Return request has been submitted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What makes an items eligible for an exchange or refund?
- different from advertised,
- damaged on arrival,
- inconsistent fit
A complaint must be lodged within 36 hours of receiving the item(s), and same item(s) must be returned within 3 days of purchase,
Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made items
- Customized items (branded for you)
- Clearance sale items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and your account credited within 3 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they were defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange any item, send us an email at info@www.handmadeng.com
